The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes some adjustments to Calgary Transit Access services. Regular trips will be paused from December 23 to January 7, 2024. To ensure continuity for regular trips during this period, customers can check off the “Preserve service during holidays” option when booking or modifying a trip online. Customer service, advance booking, and eligibility phone lines will be closed on the specified holidays:
There are a few tips that can make your pickup process quick and easy. If needed, seek help from loved ones or neighbours to make sure your sidewalk and driveway are clear of snow and ice. Also consider leaving an outside light on when its dark outside to help the driver locate your address number quickly and easily. If you live in a house with a separate entrance, wait inside near a window or door where the driver can see you. In buildings with a common entrance, wait in the lobby near the doors for the driver. Lastly, as you venture out for your trip, remember to dress warmly: wear a winter coat, toque, gloves, and warm boots for a safe and comfortable journey!
Same-day CTA notification calls are now available to get updates on the arrival time of your vehicle. These calls are linked to your phone number, per your customer file. Manage your phone number through Profile Settings on the online Trip Booking Tool or by calling 403-537-7777, option 5.
