Calgary Progressive Lifestyles Foundation is proud to announce the launch of our new logo as part of the ongoing evolution of our brand identity – designed by our very own marketing team! We’ve been evolving over the years and as part of that evolution, we decided to refresh our look to better reflect our mission and values.

The original CPLF logo, featuring a hand holding a plum blossom, symbolized support (the hand) and the individuals we empower (the blossom). While this imagery served us very well for many years, we felt it was time for a change that aligns more closely with our current mission and the vibrant, diverse community we support. The marketplace has changed significantly and to maintain our progressive approach, we are ensuring our message is clear and impactful by updating our whole look!
Our new logo features a butterfly as they represent humble beginnings, transforming into beautiful beings. Butterflies embody hope, growth, and flourishing—overcoming challenges and embracing change with grace. With the right support from CPLF, individuals can achieve independence and autonomy, leading more fulfilling lives in the community; like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon into the world. This new symbol resonates deeply with our mission to empower and uplift every person we support.
To make our logo more recognizable and memorable, we simplified the overall graphic with a modern style. We retained the fuchsia colour from our original logo but brightened it up and added overlapping layers of pink in the wing shapes, acknowledging that every individual we support is complex and unique.
We’re excited to share this new chapter with you. Our rebranding isn’t just a superficial change; it’s a reflection of our commitment to continuous improvement and our dedication to the individuals we support. We hope our new logo inspires you as much as it does us, symbolizing a bright future filled with growth, transformation, and endless possibilities!
