Staff Email Directory
Here is a helpful list of CPLF emails where staff can send forms and questions to:
Send in mandatory documents: [email protected] for example insurance, driver’s license, police clearances, external training certificates, etc.

Admin offices are closed, all CPLF classes are cancelled, and day programs are cancelled (unless the staff is in a team in which a client requires stat support) on the following days:

Medication Administration Course
The Medication Administration course has been designed to be a user friendly experience that features:
- closed captioning
- plainer language
- interactive case studies
- presentations by medical professionals
- new and updated resources
- current topics and best practices for medication administration
The course has been developed by Registered Nurses, in good standing with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). It meets the accreditation standards for the Alberta Council of Disability Services (Creating Excellence Together) and the Canadian Accreditation Council.

Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol
The Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol is a policy framework for the Persons with Developmental Disabilities Program (PDD). The purpose of the protocol is to provide a guideline that identifies processes and accountability measures related to abuse prevention and response. It describes the requirements for reporting and responding to abuse allegations that PDD stakeholders are to follow. PDD stakeholders including staff, management and contracted workers of Community Service Providers, Family Managed Services administrators,and staff of family managed services as well as PDD direct operations and PDD regional staff are required to comply with the Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol. These stakeholders must be trained on the Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol.
