This role will be providing support for a complex needs mature middle aged man with Cerebral Palsy with restricted use of his right side such that he needs to use a cane in the home and be pushed in a manual wheelchair in the community. He also suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder, developmental delay, epilepsy with complex partial seizures, some hearing loss, migraine headaches and problems with his feet. He has a history of physical aggression and will be supported in a 2:1 (2 staff to 1 client) ratio for the first 6 month of service as we will be assessing his risk levels during that period. Your role involves demonstrating patience and utilizing problem-solving skills in the following duties:
